Cindy Novella

Cindy Novella is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked at AVHC since 2007. Cindy is bilingual in Spanish. She got her nursing degree fromJohns Hopkins University and her Masters in Nursing from UCSF. It was her goal when she entered school to graduate and work in a small, rural, northern California town where she could raise a family in the same community she served. Anderson Valley is that reality. Cindy sees newborns through older adults and loves getting to work with multigenerational families. She manages chronic conditions as well as urgent care, prenatal care, and women’s health. She currently splits her time between clinical practice and administrative responsibilities as Medical Director. In her free time, Cindy enjoys spending time with her two kids, running, gardening, backpacking, and exploring new corners of Mendocino County.
